1. Is the PIC Gift Card a credit card?
No. The PIC Gift Card is a prepaid gift card that carries a fixed cash amount determined by the giver at the time of purchase. Each time the gift recipient uses the card, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.

2. Who can use a PIC Gift Card?
Anyone. PIC Gift Card holders do not have to be registered guests at a PIC hotel.

3. Where can I purchase the PIC Gift Card?
The PIC Gift Card can be purchased at the Front Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or at the Bistro restaurant during operating hours.

4. Can I use a PIC Gift Card at other PIC Hotels?
No. The PIC Gift Card is only for use at the PIC Guam property.

5. Can I use the Gift Card more than one time?
Yes, as long as there are sufficient funds remaining on the Gift Card.

6. Is there a limit to how much value the PIC Gift Card can have?
Yes. The PIC Gift Card can be loaded with a dollar value greater than $25 and up to $1,000.

7. How will the gift recipient know the original value of the PIC Gift Card?
The PIC Gift Card will come enclosed in a card carrier that will include the value of the card, the card account number and details about how to use the gift card. The gift card recipient can check the account balance at: http://www.picresorts.com/en/Guam/GiftCard

8. Can I reload my PIC Gift Card?
No, but you can purchase additional PIC Gift Cards at the hotel.

9. How does the cardholder use the PIC Gift Card at PIC hotels and resorts?
When using the PIC Gift Card upon checkout, or at any F&B Outlet at the property, the gift cardholder presents the card to the cashier and the cashier will inform the cardholder of the balance on the card. If the cardholder tries to make a purchase that is greater than the amount on the card, the cardholder will be asked to use another payment method for the remainder of the bill.

10. Does the PIC Gift Card have an expiration date?
PIC Gift Cards purchased expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

11. What happens if my PIC Gift Card is lost or stolen?
PIC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

12. How do you keep track of the PIC Gift Card value?
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep track of the value of their PIC Gift Card. Visit http://www.picresorts.com/en/Guam/GiftCard to check account balances and transactions.

13. How can a PIC Gift Card be used to book rooms or make a reservation?
The PIC Gift Card cannot be used to guarantee a room reservation, but it can be used to pay or supplement payment at the time of checkout.

14. Can the PIC Gift Card be used with credit cards and cash?
Yes. If a purchase cost is greater than the amount available on the PIC Gift Card, the difference can be paid for with cash or credit card.

15. Are PIC Gift Cards transferable?
Yes. Customers can purchase PIC Gift Cards to give to friends and relatives or keep for themselves.

16. Where can I find the account number for my PIC gift card?
