The Oceana Room of PIC Guam,
located in the Royal Tower, is
an elegant and intimate banquet
facility that can be partitioned
into two rooms. This facility is
available for private banquets,
meetings, cocktail parties and
conferences. Our newest feature
is the 15,000 sq..foot, air
conditioned "Pacific Pavilion",
the largest facility if its kind
in Guam for your large group

Pacific Pavilion
This Multi -use pavilion offers
over 15,000sq feet of air
conditioned convention space,
with an outdoor reception area.
This venue is available for
private banquets, wedding
receptions, large conventions
and special entertainment events
with a capacity of up to 1,800
guests in a theater style or
standing cocktail configuration
making the Pacific Pavilion The
largest enclosed meeting and
reception facility on Guam.
Tasa and Halagi Banquet Rooms
These are our two elegant
hotel banquet rooms that can be
joined into a larger single
facility. Located in the Royal
Tower of PIC Guam, these spaces
are perfect for private
banquets, meetings, cocktail
receptions and
seminar/conferences.
Total seating allows for up to
210 guests
Skylight Restaurant
Our main hotel dining room
offers a maximum seating of 600
and is also dividable into 3
separate Alcove areas.
Conveniently located in the
Skylight Restaurant, these areas
offers immediate access to the
lavish Skylight buffet, yet
still offer the necessary
privacy to conduct meetings and
presentations. Comfortable for
small groups Alcove 3 works well
as a breakout room for larger
events.
Bistro
Our award winning fine dining
restaurant in PIC Guam also
offers a semi Private seating
area for up to 38 guests, as
well as a private room seating a
maximum of 12 guests.
Hanaya
While the Hanaya Japanese
restaurant of PIC Guam is known
for its excellent presentation
and classic ala carte cuisine,
this hotel dining outlet also
offers three private rooms for
seating of 12-24 guests, making
this an excellent choice for
private functions and smaller
office meetings.
Toryu
Offering the tasteful and
delicate styling of China, the
Toryu Restaurant of PIC Guam in
addition presents two private
hotel rooms that will allow for
seating of 8-30 guests. Guests
in the hotel could conduct their
sessions in the private rooms
and then simply adjourn to the
main restaurant area outside for
a sumptuous meal at the
conclusion of the meetings.
Sunset Bar
Hotel’s beach fronting dining
outlet is perfect for those
larger groups that require a
more relaxed and casual
atmosphere to their functions
and events. With a seating
capacity of 240 guests this is
one of the more ideal locations
that PIC Guam could offer all
meeting planners and event
organizers.
Amphitheater
While normally reserved for the
nightly Pacific Fantasies dinner
show, we have over the years
also held many special hotel
events, from musical concerts
and dance reviews to beauty
contests. As the Amphitheater
has a maximum hotel seating
capacity of 420 guests, this
could be seen as the perfect
venue for all mid sized group
events too small for the Pacific
Pavilion.
The Garden
Being our newest dining facilty,
the 6 elegant Gazebos could be
considered as the central core
for events that would be held on
the grassy knoll where the
Garden is located, allowing for
a complete and elegant dining
experience under the stars.
