Annex
Conveniently
located by The
Magellan is the
Annex. This
venue offers
immediate access
to the lavish
Magellan
buffets, yet
still offers the
necessary
privacy to
conduct
meetings,
presentations
and seminars.
Comfortable for
small groups
this venue works
well as a
breakout room
for larger
events.
Charley's
Also oriented in
close proximity
to The Magellan
and its daily
buffets,
Charley's offers
increased
technical
support with
modern lighting
components and
audio
reproduction.
This venue is
well suited for
recitals, plays
and stage
performances, in
addition to
meeting,
presentations
and seminars.
Napu Room
The latest
addition to
PIC’s conference
room portfolio
is the Napu
Room. This venue
is idyllically
located lobby
level
immediately
adjacent to the
front porte
cochere and
offers meeting
planners and
event
coordinators
spacious
accommodations
and vast
functionality
with an array of
room
configurations.
Iron Woods Lawn
This sprawling
site offers
manicured lawns
for the largest
of events. With
views of the
Pacific Ocean,
dive pool,
indigenous Iron
Wood trees and
coconut palms,
this outdoor
venue is PIC’s
largest location
for structured
events.
Concerts, awards
banquets to
large group
activities are
easily
accommodated
with virtually
unlimited
configuration
possibilities.
Lazy River
Gardens
Nestled among
the lush foliage
the Lazy River
Garden offers
distinct
privacy. Nearly
surrounded by
water, complete
with a fountain,
this is the
perfect setting
for small to
moderate sized
receptions and
dinners. Setting
the tropical
theme tiki
torches outline
the grounds
allowing for
both plated and
buffet formatted
events.
Monument
Courtyard
This historical
site is perched
along the
Pacific coast
showcasing
spectacular
sunsets which
envelope the
grounds daily,
providing a
relaxing and
scenic locale.
Situated next to
the Seaside
Grill, these
grounds are best
suited for the
small to
moderate sized
events both
plated and
buffet meal
formats can be
accommodated.
Sunset Beach
If a luau or
beach party is
the plan, then
the Sunset Beach
is the place.
Providing
breathtaking
vistas of the
Pacific Ocean
and the island
of Tinian,
attendees can
wiggle their
toes in the sand
while dining
under the stars.
Well suited for
moderate to

this site offers
up islands style
ambiance.
Buoy Bar Terrace
Set next to the
main pool with
immediate access
to the Buoy Bar,
this venue
offers the

the Buoy Bar
Terrace is
comfortable and

The Magellan

grand meal
functions, The
Magellan dining
room is capable
of seating over
400 attendees.

dining facility
offers privacy
and the comforts

air-conditioned
dining complete
with a fully
serviceable
layout.
Seaside Grill
This versatile
facility offers
three (3)
separate areas
to entertain
clients. The
Private Dining
Room (PDR)
located upstairs
