RESERVATIONS
1.) All guests must present valid proof of membership: House guest must present their room cards for each family member or each room occupant when making reservations for more than one Guest. Day Pax/ Day Pass members will follow the same procedures when making reservations for each guest.

“Resident Water Park Pass” members cannot rent equipment at the Swim Thru Aquarium/ Scuba center, Racquet Center and Marine Center. Premier Club members will be accommodated via Day Guest or Front Desk agents upon availability.
2.) Some activities require a height limit which all children must be present when making a reservation to verify if they are taller than 120cm to participate in any windsurfing lesson, archery lesson or Swim Thru snorkeling lesson, a height sign is located at all 3 areas.
3.) Reservations can only be made by Adults. All children must be accompanied or supervised by an Adult at all times.
4.) Activity reservations for the Marine Center and Racquet Center can be made in advance or earliest availability (over the counter). Reservations for Trampoline and Swim Thru can only be made on the same day by existing house guests. As for our Day Guests, only same day reservations are allowed.
