PIC Saipan boasts 303 guestrooms in the Rota, Tinian and Tasi Wings. Our accommodation in Saipan features all the comforts and amenities, including robes and cotton slippers, central air conditioning, cable and pay per view television, IDD telephone, room safe, refrigerator, two large full sized beds plus an additional double size futon sofa.

Tasi Wing, located on the top floor to experience Saipan's majestic sunsets, the suite measures 74 sq. meters and contains one king size bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The adjoining living room has a couch, dining room table, and large balcony, wet bar and separate toilet.
In our largest resort suite, upgraded decor and amenities include nightly turndown service, daily mineral water, robes and cotton slippers. Tasi Wing, located on the top floor facing Saipan's scenic sea vistas, the suite measures 70 sq. meters and contains one king size bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The adjoining living room has a couch, dining room table, and balcony, wet bar and separate toilet.

4 Ocean Front Rooms face the azure Philippine Sea, located on the first floor of our resort accommodation in Saipan. Guests can soak and relax at their leisure in their private outdoor terrace Spa. 12 Ocean Front Rooms face the tranquil Philippine Sea, located on the 2nd through the 4th floors at PIC Saipan. Each resort room is 35 sq. meters and has two full sized beds or one king bed (1 room) and a futon couch with tile floors, soft duvet bedding, upgraded decor and amenities including nightly turndown service, daily mineral water, robes and cotton slippers.

(Tinian, Rota and Tasi Wings) - Facing PIC's signature Waterpark, these resort rooms are 35 sq. meters and have two full sized beds or one king bed (9 rooms) and a futon couch with wood flooring in the Tinian and Rota wings.
The decor in these two wings has an Asian flavor with handmade Indonesian wood furniture and 10 rooms have 1 king size bed... Tasi wing rooms contain a similar bed configuration with the exception of tile flooring, soft tropical touches with handmade wooden furniture. These deluxe rooms in Saipan offer soft duvet bedding and upgraded amenities including nightly turndown service, daily mineral water, robes and cotton slippers.

Located in Tinian, Rota and Tasi Wings, these hotel rooms are facing the northern part of Saipan Island, with mountain view/garden view. The rooms are 35 sq. meters and have either two full sized beds or a king size bed and a futon couch with wood flooring in the Tinian and Rota wings.
