Pacific Islands Club properties in Guam and Saipan have taken proactive measures within our control to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees at all properties.
Pacific islands Club in Guam and Saipan do not have any reported cases of COVID-19. Our hearts go out to all those affected.
The following measures are in place as we proactively work towards your safety.
Healthy & Safety Plan: PIC has a comprehensive COVID-19 Pandemic Plan in place. Guidelines in place were gathered from several meetings conducted by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the local Government's Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS). Our Emergency Management Team has been activated to ensure this plan is executed properly. This team also remains in constant communication with federal and local authorities so that our plan is updated as the situation progresses.
Cleaning & Sanitation: All public areas are undergoing extra cleaning and sanitization procedures. Additional hand sanitizer stations are in place throughout the resorts.
Cancellation Policy Waiver: Our cancellation policies have been modified so we can better accommodate guests who are experiencing changes to their travel plans which are beyond their control. If you booked directly with our Guam or Saipan resort please contact the respective reservations departments at the email addresses below so we may work with you.
If you booked through a travel agent to include online travel partners such as Expedia and Rakuten, please contact them directly for cancellation details.
As much as we want to keep all our guests up to date with the latest news concerning travel and COVID-19, the situation continues to evolve at a rapid rate.
