If you're a competitive swimmer or just want to watch swimmers compete for prizes at one of the island's biggest races, don't miss the Coco's Crossing swimming competition on Merizo Pier this May! The 2-mile race attracts more than 100 swimmers that make their way from Coco's Island to Merizo Pier in Guam. It's a fun reason to get out to the water and enjoy the island sites along the way!

Merizo Pier has become a popular destination for swimmers and you'll usually find local fishermen settling in on the pier in any given day. Pack a picnic for the day or pick up some snacks and beverages at the local convenience store. This is one of the best places to see Cocos Island and you can even take a guided tour to the island on a boat that departs from the docks at Merizo. Whether you want to enjoy the sunset on the pier or relax in the park on a sunny day, Merizo Pier Park is the perfect spot for fun along the water's edge.

Guests of the Pacific Islands Club Guam have easy access to the pier for the Coco's Crossing swimming competition and area park. Look forward to beautiful views of the Philippine Sea from our resort and an array of onsite dining options that will treat your palate to all the flavors of the Pacific.
