The Oceana Towers house Standard, Superior, and Superior Plus room categories. The Royal Tower is the main tower with Royal Club and Deluxe room categories. All Royal Tower rooms provide upgraded amenities and a view of the unique PIC Waterpark and beautiful beaches of Tumon Bay.

Superior Rooms are located on the 10th – 31st floors of PIC’s Oceana B. Superior Rooms are 33 sq. meters with one king size bed or two double beds.
Superior room amenities include unlimited access to the PIC Waterpark, hairdryer, flat screen television, in-room safe and bedside radio. In room internet access is available at the daily rate of $9.95.
Standard Rooms are located on the 2nd – 4th floors of Oceana A and 3rd – 9th floors of Oceana B. Standard Rooms at Pacific Islands Club Guam are 33 sq. meters with one king size bed or two double beds.
All our accommodation options in Guam offer amenities which include unlimited access to the PIC Waterpark, hairdryer, television, in-room safe, and bedside radio. In room internet access is available at the daily rate of $9.95.
142 Superior Plus rooms are located in PIC Guam’s Oceana Tower A offering guests a view of the Waterpark. Rich dark hardwood floors with elegant island inspired décor offer a new standard of comfort to the vacation experience in Mariana Islands. Each hotel room is 33 sq. meters and offer one king size bed or two double size beds.

159 Deluxe rooms are located in the 2nd – 16th floors of the Royal Tower facing the tranquil Philippine Sea, right in the middle of Mariana Islands. Deluxe hotel rooms offer private balconies where guests can enjoy beautiful ocean side views of Tumon Bay, the PIC Waterpark, and the legendary Two Lover’s Point. Deluxe rooms are 38 sq. meters with either one king size bed or two double size beds.

74 Royal Club resort rooms are located in PIC Guam’s Royal Tower. All Royal Club rooms face the tranquil Philippine Sea. A private balcony offers Royal Club guests a breathtaking ocean view beyond the PIC Waterpark and towards the legendary Two Lover’s Point in the middle of Mariana Islands. Each hotel room is 38 sq. meters with two double size beds.

Royal Club Suite Rooms at PIC Guam are located on the 23rd – 26th floors of our hotel’s Royal Tower. Our 10 suites have a magnificent view overlooking Tumon Bay, the scenic ocean vistas and on towards the legendary Two Lovers Point. Our suite rooms in Guam (75 sq. meters) which contain one king size bedroom with a spacious en-suite. The adjoining living room has a loveseat couch, coffee table, refrigerator and private balcony.
