The Pacific Islands Club Guam is a resort hotel on the island of Guam. PIC is Guam’s largest resort with the famous PIC Waterpark where guests can enjoy unlimited sports, activities, lessons, and rental equipment at no extra cost. The PIC concept is to provide comfortable rooms, delicious meals and unlimited use of sporting facilities and activities. PIC Guam offers some of the most unique attractions in the region to include the Swim-thru Aquarium and the Pacific Fantasies Dinner Show, the best and largest cultural show in Guam and Micronesia. PIC’s “Clubmates” are dubbed the “ambassadors of fun.” Clubmates arrange daily and nightly activities and help guests make the most of their stay.
Guam is the largest island in the Marianas and in all of Micronesia. Guam is located 13.48 degrees North, and 144.45 degrees East. Guam is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours away from Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines.
Pacific Islands Club Guam is centrally located in beautiful Tumon Bay which is only 10 minutes away from Guam’s AB Won Pat International Airport. PIC Guam is situated on 22 acres of oceanfront property. All major shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance or no more than a 10 to 15 minute car/bus ride.
Standard hotel check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. Early check in at 6:00am is an additional USD $100 and can only be granted upon availability. Early morning flight arrivals should be booked one day prior to the arrival date. Late check out until 6:00pm is available for an additional USD $100 and will be granted upon availability. Anything after 6:00pm will incur an additional night’s charge.
A PIC Membership Card entitles guests to use all PIC sports and recreational facilities and it also functions as a room key and identifies guests’ meal plan.
Membership Plans (Meal Plans) Available
Bronze Card: Includes Accommodations and Free Sports, Activities, Rental Equipment and Lessons. No meals included. Guests can eat at any of the PIC’s restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner for additional charge.
Silver Card: Includes Accommodations, Free Sports, Activities, Rental Equipment and Lessons plus Daily Breakfast at any PIC restaurant.
Silver Select Card*: Includes Accommodations, Free Sports, Activities, Rental Equipment and Lessons plus 2 meals daily (breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner). *Silver Select Card is only available in Saipan.
Gold Card: Includes Accommodations, Free Sports, Activities, Rental Equipment and Lessons plus 3 meals daily (Free for children 11 years and under with parental purchase, 1 room share).
The membership plans (meal plans) may be requested in advance at time of reservations, or guests may choose to purchase/upgrade them at the PIC Front Desk upon arrival. Price at time of reservation is slightly lower than price at PIC Front Desk.
The meal plan must be the same for all room occupants and cannot be changed on a daily basis. Meal upgrades are available (from Bronze to Silver or Gold and from Silver to Gold). Downgrades are not available.
A fee may be applied for any lost keys.
Guest Loyalty Program: Guests receive their Membership Cards after completing the application form at the PIC Concierge (free). The Guest Loyalty Program (GLP) provides additional amenities and services to GLP members who visit two or more times. There are 2 types: Sapphire members for guests who booked through a travel agent and Diamond member for those who book direct. The Sapphire card does not provide any discounts on the room rates.
The S.E.A. (Sports, Entertainment and Activities) Department is staffed with a team of Clubmates who come from around the globe. They entertain and instruct sports to guests as well as organize daily activities as well as lessons and entertainment (shows). The use of all on-site facilities and activities are free of charge for our in-house guests. Guests need to present their membership card to the Clubmate in order to rent the equipment. At PIC Guam, Jiivana Spa for Well-Being is located on the beachfront. Jiivana Spa is Guam’s first spa for well-being where guests can escape and honor themselves in healthful ways for their mind, body and soul. Jiivana Spa’s signature “Jiivana Journey” is the most popular massage treatment at Jiivana Spa. The open air treatment rooms at Jiivana Spa allow guests complete relaxation as the listen to the waves of the ocean and feel the island breezes. Reservations for Jiivana Spa can be made by calling (671) 646-9171 ext. 3106 or through e-mail at email@example.com. In-house guests can make reservations by visiting Conceirge Desk or by visiting the spa directly. Don't forget to inquire about our daily YOGA schdule! Experience YOGA in our open beachfront pavillion.

** Please note that the room charges are based on the actual dates to stay with rates differing based on changes in seasonality (Off, On, Peak). The room rate is based on single or double occupancy with third and fourth adult and kids’ extra beds as extra fees.
Cancellation policies vary from season to season. Please provide our Reservations Department Reservations@picguam.com with your confirmation number so they may confirm your cancellation policy.

The accepted currency on Guam is the US Dollar. Banks and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are available throughout the island. Most banks and Currency Exchange Kiosks (located within some malls) will exchange foreign currencies. The PIC Front Desk exchanges the following foreign currencies: Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Korean Won, Philippine Peso, and Taiwan Dollar. There is a daily limit for currency exchange at the Front Desk.
Guam is a tropical island so it is typically hot and humid or rainy and cool. Rainy season is normally mid to late July where half the day it rains or drizzles and the other half of the day is bright and sunny. However, the weather can change in an instant so it is best to contact the hotel directly for up-to-date weather information.
Yes. Aside from our Kids’ Clubfeature we offer babysitting services upon availability. Reservations for this service are required.Babysitting fees are as follows:

Free for all in house guests is the PIC Kids’ Club! Kids will enjoy indoor and outdoor activities under the supervision of our qualified Clubmates.

Yes. A coin laundry room is available to all in-house guest and are located on the 2nd floors of Oceana Tower A and Royal Tower. Each washer or dryer cycle is $2.00. Machines only accept quarters. Guests can change dollar bills in the coin laundry room.
Yes. Orix and Dollar Rent-A-Car is located in the Lobby level of PIC. Reservations can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. – 5:30 P.M daily. Car rentals start at $43 per day. Visit www.dollar.com.gu for more information.
Yes. Airport transportation is available and must be requested during time of reservation. Transfers are $15 per adult per one way transfer. Children 11 years of age and under are free of charge .
Upon exiting the arrivals terminal friendly PIC staff will be waiting you just outside the gate accompanied with a Pacifc Islands Club sign to aid the guests that their transport is present and their memorable vacation awaits.
WIFI internet is available free of charge in the Lobby and Lower Lobby of the Royal Tower. Guest staying in Royal Tower rooms can also avail to free WIFI internet in the Royal Club Lounge located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Tower.
In room internet access through an Ethernet cable is available for $9.95 per day. Royal Club guests receive free in room internet access.

With so many activities to choose from, Can I make reservations for differnt activites?
Yes! At PIC reservations are encourged when you would like book a spa treat, scheduling a snorkeling or dive tour, testin your aim at our achery range, or planning a game of tennis. Stop by our Concierge Desk or Information Center (WaterPark) to find more about making reservations.
Does PIC provide complementary bottels of water during my stay?
Yes! Upon checking-in all rooms will recieve two (2) complimentary bottles of water. Guest stay in our Royal Tower Categories and Superior Plus categories will also recieve complementary, daily water bottle replenishment. If additional bottles of water are need, they are availabe for purchase at our Boutiki, located in the Lower Lobby of the Royal Tower.
Can I request for additional amenities (i.e, wheelchair, baby bed)?
PIC is equipped with additional amenities such as baby strollers, baby beds, and wheelchairs that are available for use during your stay. These quantities are limited and based upon request and availability.
When making reservations, please note if additional amenities such as baby strollers, babybeds, or wheelchairs will be needed. PIC would be more than happy to accomodate these requests if available. While in-house you can all so request the availablility of these items at our Guest Services counter.
