We stayed at the Hyatt for the last 5 times but I think PIC is the best hotel to come as a family. We would like to come back next year again. Stayed at Pacific Islands Club Saipan, April 2011.

Excellent hotel for families with children who have an easy (3-5 flight hours) access to Saipan. Located within 5-10 minutes by car from Saipan airport. Clean and well-managed facilities, decent rooms, excellent service in at least 4 languages (Japanese, Russian, English, Korean).
A lot of equipment and activities, e.g. windsurfing, at no additional charge. Food not bad for a US territory. Beach and lagoon relatively deep and cleaned of seaweed /sea cucumbers compared to some other locations in Saipan lagoon, so it is very good for swimming and basic snorkeling. PIC was the fourth hotel to stay in during our 9-day visit to Saipan. We enjoyed PIC the best! We stayed at World Resort first, and I hurt my foot on the first day. I had difficulty walking, and Clubmate Lion noticed it right away. He even asked me the next day if I was OK.
I was very happy and appreciated his concern. The biggest asset for PIC is definitely the Clubmates. They always greet and talk to kids with great smiles, which make all parents happy. I have been to PIC Guam as well, but think that the quality of Clubmates and other staffs are much better here! There was just one thing which disappointed me. My child was looking forward to joining the afternoon session of Kids’ Club on Feb25 (Fri).
I took my child before 2pm, (my watch said 1:58pm) but was refused. I pleaded because it was our last day, but they would not accept my child. I would like to thank the Housekeeping Team for the Turndown service. I appreciated the 2nd exchange of towels. The room was nice, too. Even though the furniture looks a little old, the room was comfortable. The hot water was actually hot! It was great! All other hotels (Mariana Resort, Aqua Resort, and World Resort) did not have water as hot as here. My child enjoyed his time with the Clubmates way more than the staff at World Resort. We are moving to China next month. We made many great memories. Thank you very much for everything, and we hope to be back some time. Stayed at Pacific Islands Club Saipan, February 2011.

If you are tired of daily life, I highly recommend to go to PIC Saipan!
Saipan itself would not be exciting nor said as 'the most beautiful place'.
But PIC is GREAT! You can enjoy many activities with clubmate -mostly majored physical education, they can help you to play well. Many resorts has swimming pools, or equipments for water activity. PIC Saipan, however, has many traditional sports ground, such as tennis, golf, badminton, climbing, archery, and so on. Even a beginner, he/she will learn how to play sports easily. All staffs are very kind and nice. In every situation, they seem to do their best for customers. I think the food is also wonderful.
Though buffet would be a little bit overvalued, seaside grill/galley/beach BBQ offer the good quality with reasonable price. Room is somewhat old, but has everything I needed; sofa bed for kids, cable TV, and so on. Saipan is an American territory. So if you are in US or Canada, Saipan would be a really good place because of less travel than South Asia and beautiful sea with coral reef. If you are in East Asia or Russia, I can recommend for the same reason. Stayed at Pacific Islands Club Saipan, June 2010.
