Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm.
If you would like to access the room before 3:00 pm, please book your accommodations one day earlier. Late check out from 12 pm to 5:59 pm incurs a charge of 50% of the reserved room rate.
Check outs after 6:00 pm will add an additional full night's rate.The Pacific Islands Club is the largest resort on the island of Guam. Activities include the PIC Waterpark where guests can enjoy unlimited sports, lessons, and rental equipment at no extra cost. PIC Guam also offers unique attractions like the Super American Circus and Pirates of the Pacific Dinner Show.
A PIC Pass are similar to a membership, where they allow guests access to exclusive services at PIC Guam, from recreational activities to dining options.

PIC offers an indoor fitness center for in-house guests with cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Yoga classes are also available at the beachfront Yoga pavilion.

Yes, airport transportation from the airport to PIC Guam is available for an additional fee. Complimentary transfers may be included with select Gold Pass bookings.
For guests who booked directly with PIC Guam, complimentary hotel-to-airport transfer is provided. All transportation requests must contact the Reservations Department.

A one-night advance deposit with a valid credit card is required at booking. Remaining payment is collected upon check-in. Some promotions require full payment deposits.
Waterpark access is restricted to registered hotel guests or to Day Guests.
Guests must present their wristband at the Fun Park entrance. Guests may continue using the Fun Park after checkout with a valid wristband.
Towels and lockers are available — towels and pool cards must be returned before leaving.
