Choose Your PIC Pass

Every stay at PIC automatically includes a PIC Pass, with the Bronze Pass serving as the standard room package. For the most complete all-inclusive experience, the Gold Pass is recommended for guests who want to make the most of meals, activities, and entertainment throughout their stay. Guests can upgrade to Silver or Gold Pass options during their stay to enjoy added dining and resort benefits.

PIC Pass Upgrade Information

Guests may upgrade their PIC Pass during their stay, including Bronze to Silver, Bronze to Gold, or Silver to Gold, to enjoy additional dining and resort benefits. Upgrade fees apply and vary depending on the selected pass level. All upgrade inquiries and arrangements can be made at the front desk or Royal Customer Service.

 

Booked through a travel agent?

Guests who reserved their stay through a tour or travel agency must see PIC's front desk or Royal Customer Service regarding upgrade requests and availability.

Important Pass Policies

  • The Off-Property dining options are exclusive to Gold Pass holders only. See list of participating restaurants in Tumon and at the DONKI food court.

    • For 3-nights stays or more: one lunch and one dinner are included.

    • For 2‑night stays: one meal is included, either lunch or dinner.

  • PIC Passes are issued to all guests ages 2 and above.

  • All guests in the same room (including children not using a bed) must select the same PIC Pass type.

  • Guests who do not purchase a Silver or Gold Pass will automatically receive a Bronze Pass.

  • Pass upgrades are available only at the on-site Front Desk and Royal Customer Service.

  • Unused meals or services are non-refundable. Meal availability may vary depending on flight schedules, and refunds will not be provided.

 

Pass Upgrade Policies

  • PIC Pass upgrades must be applied to all guests in the same room for the remainder of the stay.

  • Upgrade fees must be paid at the time the upgrade is processed.

  • Partial upgrades for select guests or specific days are not permitted.

  • Upgrade timing can be adjusted at the Front Desk or Guest Services Counter after check-in; regular rates will apply.

  • Gold Pass includes complimentary meals for up to two children (conditions apply).

  • Breakfast benefits for Gold and Silver Passes are non-refundable, including guests staying in Royal Club Room categories where breakfast is provided via the Royal Club Lounge.

Book directly through the official PIC website for 3 nights or more and enjoy direct booking benefits designed to make your stay even more rewarding.

  • Complimentary hotel-to-airport transfer on your check-out day.

    • $40 Food & Beverage Resort Coupons valid at all hotel restaurants and bars.

    • Drink Coupons — one per adult, per night (juice, coffee, soda, beer, or wine).

    • Free small popcorn (circus admission required).

    • 20% off retail souvenirs at the circus.

    • Receive a $100 voucher toward your next direct booking.

    • Stays of 7 nights or more receive $200 in vouchers.

    • $5 daily discount at Happy Rent-A-Car (on-site office).
