The Guest Service Counter assists guests on requests such as birthday celebrations, room and meal plan upgrades, as well as make reservations for activities and restaurants while checking availability and schedules. Located on the lobby floor, next to the Front Desk.
Royal Club Services
Located on the Lobby level, Royal Club Services is available for guests staying in Royal Tower rooms, providing a faster and more seamless experience with exclusive check-in/check-out and assistance with dining and activity reservations. Learn more
Fitness Center
Stay active during your stay at the resort fitness center, featuring cardio machines, strength equipment, and free weights for a complete workout. Located in the waterpark, it is accessible to guests from 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM (room key required for access).
Boutiki by Bon Voyage
Located in the lower lobby of the Royal Tower, Boutiki by Bon Voyage is an all in one gift shop and convenience store offering drinks, snacks, swim gear, toys, souvenirs, and other essentials perfect for resort activities and everyday needs during your stay. Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Car Rental
A Happy Car Rental office is conveniently located on property at PIC Guam, making it easy for guests to arrange transportation during their stay. The office is located on the Lower Lobby Level and operates daily from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Banquet Rooms
PIC offers two versatile banquet rooms — the Isa and Tasa Ballrooms — available for meetings, private events, and special gatherings. Each ballroom seats approximately 70 guests, or they can be combined to accommodate up to 180 guests for larger functions.

Hydration Station + Ice Machines
Hydration stations and ice machines are conveniently located throughout the property, allowing guests to easily refill water bottles and access ice during their stay. These self-service stations help guests stay refreshed and comfortable while enjoying the resort.
Laundry Room
PIC offers two self-service laundromats exclusively for guests, equipped with multiple types of washers and dryers, with detergent available for purchase. Laundry rooms are open 24 hours and located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Tower and Oceana Tower A (room key required for access).
Microwave
Microwave is available free of charge located in the Laundry Room on the Royal Tower 2nd floor, Oceana A Tower 5th floor, and Oceana B Tower Ground floor.
Shuttle Rides to Village of Donki
A free direct shuttle between PIC Guam and Village of DONKI operates daily making it easy for guests to enjoy shopping and dining during their stay on Guam. See Shuttle Schedule.
*The free shuttle is operated by Village of DONKI. A separate paid city shuttle also stops at PIC, so please check the signage carefully to ensure you board the correct bus.
